Delivery & Returns
Shopping online should be straightforward and hassle-free; we have included the following delivery options for you to choose from.
- 24hr Tracked Delivery
- 48hr Tracked Delivery
- DPD Express Delivery
All orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, over the weekend and on bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day.

Please note: Our offices will be closed on Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd June. Our last dispatch day will be Wednesday 1st June. Orders placed after 2pm on 1st June will not be processed until Monday 6th June. Please bear this in mind when selecting your delivery option.
If you would like to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of your order being delivered.
In the unlikely event of a return, we ask that you contact us by calling 01993 812021 or emailing customerserviceUK@owenmumford.com, so we know to expect it. Please have your order reference handy. Goods should be returned undamaged and unused.
If any of the products become materially defective during the warranty period, there are various options open to users:
- The device should be returned to the point of purchase for a refund
- Report directly to Owen Mumford – with proof of purchase for investigation
We aim to process any refunds within 3 working days of receiving the returned item. It can however take up to 30 days to receive the refund where processed via the original payment gateway. This is beyond our control.
